If you require service for a Phase Changer, purchased directly from us or a reseller, and it has an expired warranty and you are the original owner - please select a $1 service ticket from the store for up to 15 minutes of phone support. If more time is needed, you will then need to purchase a PREPAID Service Ticket. Note that we have records of all purchases, and will verify this at the time of your enquiry. Please have the serial number of your Phase Changer when you call, along with proof of purchase. If your purchase cannot be verified, then you will need to puchase a PREPAID Service Ticket. For almost 20 years we have not charged for over the phone technical support, but now, with many thousands of Phase Changers in operation Australia wide, and also being traded on the secondhand market, we have no choice but to impose a support charge as a way of recovering the real cost of providing our expertise and experience. Please understand that many of the Phase Changers in operation are now very old, have done a lot of work and like everything, parts will wear out. We are unable to provide free technical support indefinately.
