Phase Change Converters is an Australian inventor and manufacturer of microprocessor-controlled rotary phase converters, providing reliable three-phase power from single-phase supplies for businesses, farms, workshops and industry across Australia.

At the heart of the Phase Changer is our proprietary microprocessor control technology and software, developed specifically for our converters and continuously refined through real-world experience. Now in its 55th generation of software development, the technology has evolved from feedback and experience gained across more than 10,000 Phase Changer installations and an extraordinary range of machinery, applications and operating conditions.

For many of our customers, three-phase power isn't simply a convenience — it is what allows their machinery and their business to operate. A Phase Changer provides an alternative where utility three-phase power is unavailable, impractical or prohibitively expensive, without relying on a generator for everyday operation.

Phase Driver: 3 Phase Backup from a Battery

Phase Driver is suitable for single motor applications, 240V input to 3 phase 415V output. It can be powered from an off the shelf UPS to provide critical backup when the utility power fails.

Variable Speed Drives (VSD / VFD)

Compressor Head Pressure Relief Kit

This kit can be fitted to any 3 phase compressor to open the head to atmosphere at start up. In the real world this can mean a 50% drop in in-rush current. A great solution where mains power is limited.
