A Prepaid Service Ticket entitles you to a total of 30 minutes phone support, for one event only. This can be over multiple calls if neccessary. This ticket is required for Technical Assistance under the following circumstances: 1. You purchased your Phase Changer secondhand (Unless directly from us) 2. You have used up your $1 service ticket time
For almost 20 years we have not charged for over the phone technical support, but now, with many thousands of Phase Changers in operation Australia wide, and also being traded on the secondhand market, we have no choice but to impose a support charge as a way of recovering the real cost of providing our expertise and experience. Please understand that many of the Phase Changers in operation are now very old, have done a lot of work and like everything, parts will wear out. We are unable to provide free technical support indefinately.
